These data processing terms describe baseline commitments during the waitlist phase.
1) Roles
For waitlist submissions:
- Revyra acts as an independent controller for data collected on its own website.
- If a customer sends third-party personal data to Revyra, that customer remains responsible for legal basis, notice, and lawful use.
2) Purpose Limitation
Revyra processes waitlist data for onboarding, communication, abuse prevention, and operational analytics.
3) Security
Revyra applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the waitlist context.
4) Subprocessors
Revyra may use subprocessors for infrastructure, storage, security, communications, and support.
5) Data Subject Requests
Requests regarding access, correction, deletion, or objection can be sent to:

/privacy-choices
6) International Transfers
Data may be transferred internationally with safeguards appropriate to applicable law.
7) Pre-Launch Limitation
These terms are an interim framework for waitlist operations and may be replaced by a full DPA before paid production use.
